The Healthy Skin Diet


Beautiful and healthy skin is the dream of all women, possibly including you. Now a lot of people who perform maintenance on the skin specialist doctors, etc., but there is a more practical and you can only do at home.

Try to remember what you ate? whether the food is good for your skin? attractive lifestyle you to eat fast food is something that can make your skin unhealthy because these foods have chemicals added and has little nutritional value.

Be careful if you do a low-carbohydrate diet, because this is not healthy for you. Now a lot of people who avoid eating rice to lose weight, etc.. But this will make your body has lacked the ability to fight free radicals that cause premature aging.

Here are some tips you can do to have beautiful skin with a healthier diet:

Eating Fatty Acids.
Fish oil (fish oil) good for skin health because it has the properties of fatty acids in large quantities. Fish oil is easily you get in supermarkets, pharmacies, etc., and how its consumption by mixing 2 tablespoons of fish oil with tuna fish, potatoes. Because tuna and potato also has good properties of Fatty Acids.

Vitamin consumption.
Vitamin E is good for your body especially on your skin. Vitamin E can be obtained from almonds, and soy-based. Consumption of carrots, spinach is also good to do because it can counteract free radicals that are on your body.

Drinking Enough Water.
Do not forget to familiarize yourself to drink enough water at least 8 glasses / day. Because it can make you have the energy and flow through your kidneys to keep them clean and healthy. Water can neutralize toxins that are in your body and can smooth the skin.

Test your urine, if the color of your urine is light then you are consuming enough water. If the color of your urine is darker, it means you consume less water.

So in conclusion, if you want to have beautiful skin and healthy, you have to do a healthy diet as well. Regular exercise and adequate sleep patterns can be combined with the above diet.
