2. Help delay the aging process

3. Reduce stress

Landers said that for people who suffer from mild depression and moderate exercise at least 16 weeks can cause the same effect as swallowing antidepressants such as Zoloft and Prozac.

While researchers at Duke University found that 60 percent of depressed people who do sports for four months with a frequency of three times a week and every workout for 30 minutes can overcome these symptoms without medication. Although classified as an effectual step but by no means the treatment can be stopped immediately, especially for those who are severely depressed.

5. Improve self-confidence
Generally, the more proficient person in a type of activity, then the confidence will increase. Research proves that even an active teenager who exercise feel more confident than his friends who did not perform similar activities.
