Men and women have a tendency at risk for osteoporosis, especially at the age of 65 years or older. However, cases of osteoporosis are more common in women because of hormonal factors.Because women have several phases in his life that made them lose bone density faster, such as menstruation, childbirth, menoupouse ..While Joint pain is a natural response to inflammation, and is associated with increased production of acid in the body. But do not ever ignore this .. because of joint pain joint pain is one of the underlying cause of several diseases including osteoporosis. 

Men and women at risk of osteoporosis include:
  • Individuals aged 65 and over
  • Women, because they lose bone density more rapidly as a result of menopause 
  • Stress, because stress can increase cortisol levels in the body that may eventually lead to bone loss
  • Increased blood sugar in the body, can lead to depletion of calcium in the urine
  • Diet is wrong (eg: a diet high in animal production, Disadvantages: calcium, magnesium, manganese, protein, essential fatty acids) that cause a low body weight, thereby reducing bone mass,
  • Severe or recurrent joint injury from heavy physical activity
  • Inflammation, the common denominator of all the painful joints, while joint pain is a natural response to inflammation in the body

The human body needs a balance of acidity and alkalinity to function properly. Very simply, the acidity of alkalinity causes inflammation while reducing it.Excess acid in the body can lead to increased amounts of calcium, minerals, acids and toxins to deposit in the joints, causing inflammation and pain that can eventually lead to joint pain and arthritic conditions.
